Virtual Reality iPIX Photography
Traditional virtual panoramic photos are created by taking multiple photographs and stitching them together.

You can pan left & right, but you can't view an entire scene.

iPIX is different.
 |
An iPIX virtual tour is create by taking two hemispherical photos using specially adapted photographic equipment.
Each image covers over 180° of the subject area by using a high quality 'fisheye' lens.

The two images are then retouched and carefully 'stitched' together, placing anyone viewing the image in the centre of the virtual tour.
Other multimedia elements can be added to the virtual tour, including clickable hotspots, music and voice-overs.
|
Once an iPIX image has been created, it can be delivered to the end-user in a variety of ways.
- iPIX images integrate into existing web sites, making them more compelling.
- They can be packaged into a single '.exe' file, allowing delivery by e-mail.
- They can be integrated into a full virtual tour and authored to CD-ROM.
